LUX MED, LIM Medical Centre, Medycyna Rodzinna (Family Medicine) and Promedis have taken the first step towards the integration and standardisation of their management structure - four managers coming from three of the companies in the Group have been appointed to the Management Boards of all Group companies.

The newly appointed President of Management Boards of the Group companies is Anna Rulkiewicz Kaczyńska, and the other members are: Dr Piotr Błaszczyński - Executive Director, Dr Barbara Gad-Karpierz - Medical Director and Michał Rybak - Financial Director. Elżbieta Piechota and Mirosław Żuk remain on the Management Board of Promedis, and Dr Piotr Olędzki and Dr Ireneusz Pikulicki remain on the Management Board of Medycyna Rodzinna.

Dr Barbara Ciepielewska, acting as the President of LIM MC until now, has been appointed by Mid Europa Partners to the controlled by it Management Board of a holding company which is a majority shareholder in all Group companies. In her new role, Dr Ciepielewska will support the Group drawing from her experience and expertise.

Dr Joanna Perkowicz, the Medical Director at LUX MED of many years, will take over the responsibilities for medical safety and hospital service within the Group.

Anna Rulkiewicz, who, as a result of the changes currently taking place, will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Group's strategy and for the whole integration process, stated:

The LIM Medical Centre started its operations in 1991. At present, it ranks third in terms of revenue among the companies offering a full scope of health care and diagnostic services to corporate and individual clients in Poland. The company employs over 1 000 physicians and services 250 000 patients in 15 LIM MC clinics located in the biggest cities in Poland (Warsaw, Wrocław, Poznań, Crakow and Łódź) and within the network of 300 partner clinics throughout the country.

Overall, LUX MED, LIM MC, Promedis and Medycyna Rodzinna operate 58 own clinics and 23 company outpatient clinics, cooperate with over 900 partner institutions throughout the country, and provide care to approx. 960 000 patients nationwide.
