LUX MED
LUX MED offers comprehensive medical care: outpatient care and diagnostics. It has a network of 24 outpatient facilities in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Łódź, Krakow, Wrocław, Poznań, Bydgoszcz, Katowice and Olsztyn and cooperates with over 1000 health care companies nationwide. LUX MED currently services over 2,000 companies with health care services provided to 300,000 corporate patients under fixed agreements. LUX MED underwent an audit and received the certificate of compliance of the Quality Management System with the ISO 9001:2000 standard. All generally accessible LUX MED Medical Centres in Poland were covered by the implementation and certification of the Quality Management System. The certified system encompasses the provision of outpatient health benefits in the scope of each service offered by LUX MED - diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation. LUX MED has earned numerous awards and distinctions, including the 'Business Fair Play' Award from the Polish Chamber of Commerce and the title of 'Patient-Friendly Medical Establishment' conferred by the World Foundation 'Health Mind Heart'.
PROMEDIS
The first PROMEDIS clinics started operating in 2001 in Wrocław. In January 2009, PROMEDIS joined the structure of LUX MED Sp. z o.o. Today, 9 medical facilities operate under the brand, located in the biggest cities of Poland (Warsaw, Krakow, Wrocław, Poznań and Gdańsk). Currently, PROMEDIS medical centres provide medical services to 70,000 patients under fixed agreements with companies from all over Poland.
In its history, PROMEDIS received multiple awards for their professional care provided to patients, including "Firma Przyjazna Klientowi" [Customer-Friendly Company] and "Solidny partner" [Reliable Partner] titles.

Medycyna Rodzinna
Medycyna Rodzinna was established in 1998 by Warsaw-based doctors. Today it is a brand of 17 outpatient clinics in the largest cities of Poland. Medycyna Rodzinna (MR) provides services to corporate customers under employee packages, it also cooperates with insurance companies and the National Health Fund (NFZ; contracted promary health care). Medycyna Rodzinna has over 300,000 patients, including ca. 200,000 National Health Fund patients and 31,000 corporate patients.

AVI Diagnostic Imaging
AVI is a modern centre of diagnostic imaging specialising in computer tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The centre uses state-of-the-art equipment that enables making a wide range of radiological examinations based on MRI and CT. AVI boasts a great team of diagnosticians. The high quality of services provided was confirmed when AVI received the title of Poland's only Reference Centre for MR Diagnostic Imaging.
Another very important area of AVI's activity is rehabilitation. AVI's team of physical therapists specialises in the treatment and rehabilitation of patients who underwent orthopaedic surgeries, or who suffer from spinal disorders or other musculoskeletal system diseases.

FADO
FADO is the largest provider of mobile diagnostics services. It performs mammography testing in 14 Voivodships: dolnośląskie, lubuskie, mazowieckie, opolskie, pomorskie, warmińsko-mazurskie, wielkopolskie, zachodniopomorskie, lubelskie, łódzkie, podlaskim, kujawsko-pomorskim, świętokrzyskim, opolskim . The Company was established in February 2000 and since then it has enjoyed a steady development. FADO is also involved in the long-term National Anti-cancer Program as well as participates in the breast cancer detection program, performing mammography screening with the use of mammo-buses. FADO currently owns 12 such vehicles, which are equipped in dressing and consultation rooms.

CM LIM
LIM Medical Center was one of the first private health care centres on the market, established in 1991. The company offers health care services to individual and corporate customers. CM LIM brand has now 17 medical centres in Poland's largest cities. The company also cooperates with over 380 partner facilities all over Poland. CM LIM currently services some 190,000 corporate patients from over 1,600 companies.
For its activity and high quality of health care services provided, the company received many awards, including the European Medal for medical services and aviation medicine in 2003, and Gazela Biznesu [Business Gazelle] in the rankings of the Puls Biznesu daily in 2004, 2006 and 2008. In 2007, LIM Medical Center was recognised in the annual competition held by Fundacja Małych i Średnich Przedsiębiorstw [Small and Medium Enterprises Foundation] and received the title of "Lider Przedsiębiorczości Roku 2007" [Entrepreneurship Leader of 2007].
