Shallowing deep furrows and wrinkles using the „surgi wire” technique

Definition: This procedure requires raising the skin above deep furrows and wrinkles. It is usually performed around nose-lip furrows or between eyebrows. Thanks to the release of skin fatty tissue or hialuronic acid-based solutions may be introduced which allows shallowing deep furrows or wrinkles. This method may be also applied as additional when operating face wrinkles or a happy lift procedure because it allows greater skin stretching in the area of the cheeks, so the esthetic effect of the procedure is better.

Age: 30 or over

Procedure technique: This procedure may be performed with local or intravenous anesthetic and requires placing a metal thread beneath the skin thanks to which the skin is released from the deeper tissues. The bandage is maintained for 1 day.
