Nose operations
Definition : A nose operation is usually performed in order to alter the appearance, structure and functions of the nose. Nose operations may reduce or increase nose size, change the shape of its tip, narrow the nostrils or change the angle between the nose and the upper lip. These operations are connected with congenital malformations, nose injuries and are often helpful when solving breathing problems. The technique and method of the operation must be individually adjusted for each patient. The best candidates for such operations are people expecting an improvement in nose appearance and not the impossible ideal. Nose operations may be performed along with other operations.
