Abdominal integument plastic operation
Definition : The abdominal integument plastic operation is a surgical procedure aimed at the removal of excess skin and fatty tissue from the lower and middle abdomen parts and performing a plastic operation of abdominal muscles. This procedure is not designed for obese people wanting to lose weight. Obese people should first lose weight and then perform the operation to remove excess skin and fatty tissue. Surgical technique : The operation is performed in general anesthesia. The cut is made between the spines of ischia in a horizontal surface. The patient remains under observation for 2 days. After the procedure it is recommended to wear a special suit for 4-6 weeks.
