Center for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy
We perform medical procedures in the area of gastroscopy, sigmoidoscopy and colonoscopy, with the possibility of biopsy specimen collection and polyp excision (polypectomy).
All the procedures and examinations are performed under local or general anaesthesia.
We have at our disposal a four-unit gastrointestinal tract endoscopy ward and an intimate day ward room where the patients can rest after the endoscopic procedures.
If needed, there is a possibility of consultation and surgical treatment - surgery and anaesthesiology duty shift.
