How to register for an intervention in our hospital?

To undergo a surgery in our hospital, the patient should have a surgery referral from a doctor. It may be a doctor who belongs or doesn't belong to the LUX MED Group. We fix appointments for a qualifying consultation by phone and enrol the patient on a waiting list of the Polish National Health Fund (NFZ) or we set the date of an intervention with a doctor.
