Package Healthy Child

The LUX MED Group, drawing on many years of experience, has developed specially for the youngest patients the medical programme HEALTHY CHILD covering a wide range of examinations and specialist consultations and an attractive discount for services not covered by the programme.

The programme is intended for children aged 0 to 15. The offer encompasses, among others, the recommended medical consultations as part of compulsory prophylaxis for the given age group, laboratory tests and diagnostic examinations, immunisation calendar, dental prophylaxis, house calls and one day surgery. Terms of joining the HEALTHY CHILD programme:

• The programme is addressed to any person wishing to ensure professional medical care for their children aged 0 to 15.
• The contract is signed for a minimum of one year. After that time it may be terminated with 30-day notice. If the contract is not terminated, it shall be extended indefinitely.
• Payments are made up-front for the entire year or in half-yearly instalments, via the Internet (by bank transfer or by credit card payment).
• Services under the package are provided at own LUX MED Group facilities (LUX MED, CM LIM, Medycyna Rodzinna and PROMEDIS).
