Golf club

The sport and recreation center BACHALSKI SPORT PARK is placed 15 minutes driving away from the center of Poznań (slip road to Świecko, look: the approach map). In the area of the park you can find a 9-hole golf course, a driving range, a golf shop, a tennis court and the club house with a bar.

We specialize in organizing parties and golf picnics for companies. Our abilities and 5-year experience in this respect cause the fast growth of the group of companies organizing the meetings for their partners or workers on our golf course. We are proud that those who decided to organize the company meeting become our regular guests. We also invite the companies to show their products and to organize their presentations in our center. The golf course is just a perfect place for it!

Yoga Medica is the only centre for physiotherapy based on yoga exercises in Poland. All our instructors are highly qualified physiotherapists, specialists in their respective fields.
We implement therapeutic yoga programmes based on standards of physiotherapy practice (musculoskeletal rehabilitation, cardiac rehabilitation, anti-stress programme, "back training" in secondary prevention).

We engage in scientific activities in the field of medical application of yoga in permanent cooperation with the Department of Experimental and Clinical Physiology at the Medical University of Warsaw. Currently, we are jointly working on a pioneering programme involving the study of the impact of yoga on cardiac haemodynamics.

We have a fully equipped centre in the heart of Old Mokotów district, easily accessible by car or public transport (Racławicka metro station).

We specialize in yoga that is safe for everyone, and which can complement physiotherapy: yoga exercises done as part of our programme perfectly supplement conventional rehabilitation without being in conflict with it. In that case, yoga is understood as kinesiotherapeutic exercises from the domain of both general and local kinesiotherapy.
