Informations about Outplacement Product:

As part of the offer, we make available two medical packages directed to employees whose employment relationship is about to end. Individual covers offered on preferential terms and being an extension of medical care guaranteed by the employer encompass a varied scope of medical services provided in the LUX MED Group centres.

Terms of joining the Outplacement Product:

• the offer is directed to the employees and their families (spouse, life partner, children under 25) who had medical cover provided by their employer and who are under 66 years of age; 
• joining the scheme is conditional upon notifying the wish to take advantage of the offered medical care within 90 days from the date of removing the employee from the employer's notification list;
• the payment is made in half-yearly instalments or upfront for the full year to the bank account indicated in the Contract;
• two copies of the Contract, signed on behalf of LUX MED, are sent to the Client for his/her signature, by priority mail to the indicated mailing address;
• the Contract becomes effective as of the 1st day of the following month, upon receiving by the Sales Department, at least 5 working days before the given month's end, of confirmation of a payment being made to the indicated bank account and the original of signed Contract;
• Packages are valid at the facilities owned of the Group: Continuation "A" at PROMEDIS and Medycyna Rodzinna (Family Medicine) centres, and Continuation "B" at all own centres of the LUX MED Group (LUX MED, CM LIM, PROMEDIS and Medycyna Rodzinna).
  

Moreover, there is also an option of financing the continuation of medical care for dismissed employees by the employer. This is an excellent way to minimize the negative reactions related to employment reduction and to increase the loyalty of employees staying with the company. The effective term of the contract and the amount of contribution per person are negotiated with each Client individually.
