The season of increased disease incidence and thus also the need for medical consultations is approaching. In order to meet your expectations, particularly the expectations of parents, we are implementing a new organisational solution concerning the access to paediatricians on duty. Therefore, starting from 25.10.11, we would like to ask those who wish to use the services of paediatricians on duty to make an appointment through our hotline. This solution will enable the patients to use medical care in more comfortable conditions, since the appointment will be scheduled for a specific time. Individual facilities will be open on the as-needed basis, and valid information on the operation of centres will be available from the hotline assistant. Owing to this change, patients making an appointment through the hotline can be sure they will be directed to a facility in which the current waiting list is the shortest. This solution enables us to monitor the availability of physicians on an ongoing basis and, whenever needed, increase the number of operating centres in different parts of Warsaw.

We hope that the changes introduced by us will facilitate even better access to medical assistance, owing to which receiving the care at our facilities during this special period will be as easy as possible for everybody.
