High quality of LUX MED confirmed by the ISO certificate
In June this year, LUX MED Sp. z o. o. underwent an audit and received the certificate of compliance of the Quality Management System with the ISO 9001:2000 standard. All generally accessible LUX MED Medical Centres in Poland were covered by the implementation and certification of the Quality Management System.
The certified system encompasses the provision of outpatient health benefits in the scope of each service offered by LUX MED - diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation. The audit was conducted by a reputed British certifying, British Standards Institution - BSI, accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service - UKAS.
The certificate of compliance with ISO 9001:2000 has been granted for three years. Audits confirming the maintenance and improvement of the implemented Quality Management System will be conducted at six-month intervals.

I am very happy indeed that an independent certifying unit positively evaluated our everyday conduct, which is focused on ensuring safety to our patients and which is also highlighted in the strategy - mission, vision, values and ‘Quality Policy' of LUX MED" - said Anna Rulkiewicz, the President of the Management Board of LUX MED.

Created in 1992, it is one of the largest and best-known private medical companies in Poland, with the network of 15 medical centres in the largest Polish cities: Warsaw, Gdańsk, Łódź, Krakow, Wrocław, Poznań and Katowice. It also cooperates with over 650 partner medical companies nationwide. Currently, LUX MED is employing over 1 700 specialists and serving over 2 000 companies. Within the framework of permanent contracts, the so-called packages, over 260 000 corporate and individual customers are covered by LUX MED medical care. The company also renders single payable services ("fee for service").
